No 6 Coffeeshop, Jalan Song, Kuching

From top left, clockwise: Savory yam cake (Oh Kueh), Deep-fried Chinese-style crueller, coated with sugar and sesame (Beh Hua Chee), Teochew-style vegetable dumpling (Chai Kueh), Ang Koo Kueh.

The pictures speak for themselves.

Do you agree? :)

I've blogged on this place before, how I raved so much about the pineapple tart.

Please read it here, if you've missed it somehow.

From top left, clockwise: Chui Kueh, Chiu Choo Kueh, Onde-onde, Mua Chee, Kuih Sarlat.

A medley of hand-made fish balls.

Chicken porridge

Charcoal toasted slices of toasts.

Ahh...:) the star of the moment. William Chen, the creative director of Cuisine magazine, New Zealand.

Food afficionados get-together!

Anyways, I personally love this place a lot, GIVEN that it is single diner friendly.

You see, I always and almost have to eat alone sometimes. And busy place this is, I find it quite difficult for me to order my food and have a place to sit at the same time.

I still love this place, in spite of the crowd.

The best nonya kuehs you can find in Kuching.

Thank you, William for the treat!
