My all time fav is this.
Raw beef and flat noodles in soup. The name is a misnomer, you don't find any uncooked beef strips in your soup.
If you are not convinced, take a closer look.
What's not to love, free flow of fiery hot chili sauce to go with the beef noodles.
This is the dry version.

hi Louis, i'm no longer a lecturer, now revert back to being a full-time student, used to be in UCS college Sibu. wow, you go to Lam Noodles so often? haha..:) we could have met but just don't know each other that's all. :P i usually go there around 9 or 10 am before i go to uni. btw, Louis, are you previously from UTM?
