I've always fancied Penang stir-fried flat noodles (Char Koay Teow). But I have YET to find a PERFECT 10 worthy plate of char koay teow yet.
But this is close. 8 out of 10 for C121 Penang Char Koay Teow.
The only thing is missing here is the blood cockles which give this dish its distinctive taste.
And they do serve oyster omelet too.
