apuu~... the moment your blog loaded i started salivating lor! haiyo... so malu salivating till had to wipe it in the office...hahhahahhaa....
very easy dear! a cup or two of water boiled with some sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic unpeeled, 2 star anise, a bit of chinese 5 spice powder (optional). once the tauyiu mixture is boiling, dump the meat in and voila, cook for 1 and half hour. :)
I could almost taste that. Yum!
OMG! This is my favorite dish in the entire world! I love braised pork. I gotta check your out next time I come back to Sibu. :)
