Restoran Sg Long, Bandar Sg Long, Kajang

This place is VERY FAR from KL. Only come here if you want to escape the hectic lifestyle and experience the lush serendipity Bandar Sg Long has to offer.

Mind you, this makan place is so tech savvy! Just look at the waiter. So digitalized.
Anyways, I opted for this: Soup with rice

No prize for guessing what's inside.

Seaweed, fish balls, meat balls, generous amount of pork, slices of fish cake

The delectable roast duck and char siew. Char siew in KL is very much different from the ones that I have here in Sarawak. The meat was so tender, it melted in the mouth. I suspected KL char siew makers used sodium bicarbonate to marinate the pork prior to basting it. This is purely my own personal opinion. If you happen to be a charsiew rice seller and chanced upon my blog, I just hope that I didn't offend you.
