Ah Mui Beef Noodles at Ying Wah Yuen, Nanas Road, Kuching

I know.

I have been away too long, but hey, my eyes are not looking too good.

The autoimmune disease has challenged every possible organ found on my body.

I hate this disease so much, that even the most horrific and big bully driver on the road is pale in comparison to the disease itself, when it comes to Top 3 Stuffs that I hate

My eyes hurt very much, and are strained most of the time.

Which explains my long disappearance.

Ah Mui Beef Noodles at Ying Wah Yuen, Nanas Road, Kuching
But I make it a point.

Whenever I am in Kuching, I would drop by Ying Wah Yuen for this good stuff.

Real good.

I will miss this, when I leave Kuching for good.

Available for breakfast.

I think off day is Tuesday.

But don't take my word for granted.

Looks good. Used to love the one at Open Air but eventually, the quality went down...and I did not think it was worth going back there for it again. The one at the coffee shop at the other end of Harbour View - they say they're related - is pretty good too.

Hi Sibu Food Diva,
It's been a while since I've been on line too due to some issues of my own.
I'm very sorry to read of your illness and just wanted to wish you all the strength to get through it.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
P.S. I still crave those Malaysian Airline peanuts!!
