Finally, a proper bistro is established in the heart of Kuching.
The highlight of this place is the 21 Bistro Platter.

My next visit to this place will be solely 21 bistro platter and bottomless servings of gin and tonic :)

The platter consists of very succulent and fragrant butter prawns, pan fried fish sitting on a bed of mashed potatoes, fried chicken seasoned with lemongrass and thai basil leaves, and deep fried calamari.
This combo is served with a specially concocted sauce, comprising of fermented shrimp paste (belacan), shallots and all things nice :)
