This is Central Market Sibu (back view). I'm driving on my way up to the multi-storey car park. Landscaping in Sibu has improved tremendously over the years. Many years ago, you can hardly find palm trees in Sibu.
Moving on to Level 2 of the multi-storey car park, you will find that this level is overlooking a series of food stalls.
Tada... this is it. Hock Hua pork porridge and their signature pork dumpling "bak chang". Only open on Saturday and Sunday mornings. On weekdays, they operate at night. Be sure to be early, else the bak chang will be sold out in a breeze! The uncle who operates this stall only uses the finest of pork meat available in the market, meaning the meat is clean and of good quality. Even butchers highly recommend this stall.
Here's the celebrity endorsement. I brought a Japanese celebrity friend of mine to have breakfast at this stall . Mr Eddeko-San.Yummy or not, you have to judge on your own. Enjoy. :)
