I found the steak to be good, but I prefer something else:
The flatbread and satay are two top must - try dishes.
Satay was so succulent and tender.
Fresh.
No fault.
I give a perfect 10 for the satay.

But each time I was there, I was greeted by not very pleasant dining crowd.
Half drunk or almost drunk hooligans.
Mixing reds and whites.
What sort of disaster pairing is that? :P
And not to mention washing linen in public after one too many drinks.

The wedges were excellent with paprika aioli.

Service was top - notched.
But the next time you need a quiet time, I guess it's better to request to sit at a quiet corner.
Other than that, I love this restaurant very much.
I might opt to sit outside the next time.
You know, I just want to enjoy a decent dinner.
Dining etiquette 101: Thou shall drink moderately and behave in the restaurant. Unless the restaurant is owned by you, shrugged. I have no say. :)

The satay certainly looks good... I don't like a rowdy crowd either...nor crowded places. Prefer some place quiet, nice music...and can sit and chat as long as one likes - like Payung here.
haiyo...ya lo...so annoying to have dinner next to hooligan diners. i love payung too! :)
Oh no!! What bad manners. Honestly... some people should take classes on how to behave in public.
Glad you liked the food though. :-)
true, i agree with you. super mood spoiler right? yes, i love the food very much. i love the flatbread and the generous olives :)
