Anyways, I opted for this: Soup with rice
Seaweed, fish balls, meat balls, generous amount of pork, slices of fish cake
The delectable roast duck and char siew. Char siew in KL is very much different from the ones that I have here in Sarawak. The meat was so tender, it melted in the mouth. I suspected KL char siew makers used sodium bicarbonate to marinate the pork prior to basting it. This is purely my own personal opinion. If you happen to be a charsiew rice seller and chanced upon my blog, I just hope that I didn't offend you.
